Professional Valve Casting Manufacturer in China
Pingheng Machinery has over 9,000 square meters of factory building. At present, we employ 150 staff members, comprising 12 technical engineers and 20 quality engineers. We are capable of customizing valve castings to meet various customer-specific casting requirements.
Before the production, we hold an internal drawing analysis meeting to predict potential quality issues in advance and improve the production process. During the production process, we keep a strict quality control system for each production procedure and keep records for future traceability. Before delivery, we will conduct a full-size report of the valve castings by a three-coordinate measuring machine, pressure testing, and chemical material testing with a spectrometer to ensure that the products meet quality requirements. If the customer has other testing requirements, we will also cooperate actively.
Generally, it will take about 25-30 days for normal valve castings. The mold opening can be finished in 10-15 days, then take 10 days to cast, and make sure the machining process can be finished within 5 days.
