In order to adhere to our quality standards and customers’ requirements, we use a strict quality control system in every stage of railway casting production.
For each new railway casting customization project, a comprehensive drawing analysis is necessary for our technical team. Then, material inspection (spectrometers test), process monitoring, precise dimensional verification (CMM Coordinate Measuring Machine), mechanical testing, heat treatment, and sealing test are also indispensable.
These inspections ensure the integrity, reliability, and safety of railway castings.
