We have our own mold, Tools, and fixtures fabrication department. So we always designed and produced our own molds, tools, and fixtures ourselves. For some casting parts with extremely high precision requirements, we cooperate with our local professional mold factory. All to ensure complete control of all the critical dimensions of the final casting part.
We have an investment casting workshop, keep strict quality control from wax making to shape the rough casting, and each blank casting requires twice inspection.
We have a CNC machining and casting workshop. We will create a machining operation manual for each casting part before machining, and do a final casting inspection before shipment.
We can provide a chemical composition report, a size report, a heat treatment report, and a mechanical performance report for each batch.
