CF8 casting is a commonly used cast stainless steel, equivalent to 304 stainless steel. It has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, good strength, and toughness. Therefore, CF8 castings are applied in fields such as chemical equipment, food machinery, Marine accessories, high-temperature components, and water treatment devices.

Pingheng Machinery has over 9000 square meters of factory building with a complete production facility. Besides our casting workshop, our machining workshop was equipped with 40 CNC lathes, 38 CNC machines, 5 tapping machines, and 22 bench drills. We have an experienced quality team to supervise the entire production process to ensure your CF8 castings in high standards.
Typically, the total lead time for a new product project is approximately 45 days, which includes about 15 days for mold development. For regular repeat orders, mass production takes around 30 days.
For urgent orders, we offer rapid 3D-printed prototyping services that can be directly put into production, effectively replacing traditional wax patterns and significantly reducing initial mold lead time.
