Ningbo Pingheng Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1999. It has been more than 20 years since we engaged in the precision investment casting field.
We cover a casting production area of 9000 square meters, which has its own casting and machining workshop.
Currently, we have 150 employees, with 12 in the technical team and 20 in the quality team.
The main materials of castings we produce are: 304/316 stainless steel, tin bronze, silicon brass, and other copper alloys.

Generally, for a new casting project, the mold opening time is 10-15 days, bulk order production time is 20-30 days.

We have obtained the IATF16949 certificate and have the advantage of producing precision casting with sealing requirements.
Our factory is equipped with professional testing equipment, such as a SPECTRO spectrometer, a HEXAGON coordinate measuring machine, to ensure the product quality is in good condition.
In addition, we also cooperate with inspection companies to provide X-ray inspection, tensile testing, and other services for internal defects in castings.
